Hey there, I’m Melissa

I help small business owners feel more at ease with their marketing, through support across social media strategy, email marketing, Pinterest and website design.

I started my very first online business selling website templates on Etsy in 2009 and it was the beginning of journey that took me back to university to complete a degree in computer science, and guided me into a career spanning design, software engineering, web application development and marketing, before returning to my online business roots in 2023.

I have 15 years experience designing and building custom websites for small business owners and creative entrepreneurs, as an employee and working for myself. Combine this with a decade of experience in marketing and social media and I have a deep understanding of my field - and the skills to deliver exceptional service to my customers.

Throughout my journey I’ve held diverse roles that allowed me to hone my problem-solving abilities and foster strong relationships with clients. By prioritising client needs and focusing on tailored solutions, I ensure a personalised experience that not only meets, but exceeds your expectations. I’m passionate about seeing my clients achieve their goals and this drives my passion to help my customers succeed.
