Business Website Package

Ideal for: Coaches, course creators and creative entrepreneurs who want to book clients via their website and use email marketing to stay in regular contact with their clients and email list. This package will be based upon your existing brand assets and guidelines.

Beginner Website Package

Ideal for: Small businesses, coaches and creative entrepreneurs who are just getting started online and want a simple, easy to use website, with the option to scale in future. This package will be based upon your existing brand assets and guidelines. If you don’t currently have a defined brand, check out my branding package below.

Branding Package

Do you need to craft a new brand or update your existing brand? The Branding Package includes the essentials to start branding your website. I’ll start with a consultation call to discuss your brand messaging, mission, value proposition and tagline, so that I have a clear view of how you want your brand to be presented online.

I’ll then create a set of professionally designed visual assets, including logo and brand mark files suitable for print work should you need that option in future.

The package includes:

  • Brand strategy consultation call

  • Colour palette

  • Visual design elements

  • Brand guidelines for the website

Website Extras

Custom Sales & Landing Pages

If you want to add a custom sales or landing page to your new site or your existing Squarespace site, I can help!
I’ll create a mock-up of the page in Figma and include up to two rounds of revisions, then build out the page on the platform once the design is approved.

$225 per Landing Page, $350 per Sales Page

E-Commerce (small stores)

Add e-commerce functionality to your site with a small product catalogue (up to 20 items) and custom design of your online store within the Squarespace platform.

The store design will be created in Figma for you to review and will include two rounds of revisions. Once you approve the design, I will implement the store on your Squarespace website.

If you’ve got a bucket list of updates that need doing on your site and you don’t know where to get started - this is for you! Give me your list and I’ll let you know exactly what I can do in a day to help you get things moving.

$400 for 4 hours/half day

The Website Design Process

    Step 1. Clarify requirements & content

    The first step in my process is to identify the key functions and content for your site. Is a blog a key element of your online business strategy? Do you wish to share a course or digital product on the site? Would you like to allow clients to book your services? With this information I can build a site to meet your exact needs.

    Step 2. Create a bespoke design

    By taking the time to capture details of functional requirements, the content for your site and the role your site plays in your wider business, I’m able to craft something truly bespoke to your needs. During step 2, I’ll build out the home page and draw on your feedback to fine tune that page, so you get a view of the look and feel of your completed site.

    Step 3. Build & launch your site

    In step 3 I’ll build out the final website in Squarespace based upon the agreed content, functionality and approved home page. You’ll have the opportunity to review site progress at agreed times during the build, to ensure it meets your satisfaction. Once you’ve submitted and approved any changes within the project timeline, you can take ownership of your new website!

Frequently Asked Questions

  • It typically takes 1-2 weeks depending upon the complexity of the site. If you select the Business Website Package with no Extras, it will typically be completed in 1 week. If you need several Extras, then it will take longer.

  • The process is carried out in 3 stages, starting with clarifying the requirements for the site and what content needs to be included. A bespoke design will then be prepared and you will have the opportunity to review that and request any edits. Once the design concepts are approved, the final build of the site will procceed and you’ll have the opportunity review and request changes during that stage. When the site is completed it will be handed over to you to finish up the project.

  • The website will be built on the user friendly Squarespace platform. Once the site is completed you’ll have access to make any edits needed, including content updates and changing images to make sure your website remains fresh and relevant.

  • You will be given a number of opportunities throughout the process to review the design and request edits during the process. It is important to me that you are 100% happy with your website, and I believe that transparenccy and allowing you to play a role in the design can support a successful projec outcome.
    If you prefer to stay hands-off in the design process and trust the outcome, that is fine also!

  • Squarespace websites are mobile-friendly and resize automatically to fit to different screen sizes. Squarespace offers built-in SEO features to help your website rank higher in search engine results. You can easily customise key elements such as title tags, meta descriptions, and image alt text, all of which contribute to better visibility.
    The platform generates clean URLs and includes automatic sitemaps that make it easier for search engines to index your site. These features enhance your user experience, optimise it your for search engines and help attract more visitors and grow your online presence.

  • For the design process you’ll need to provide the text content for the site, any images that you want to use (stock images can be slected if no images are available) and details of any products or services to be set up in a booking or ecommerce page (if required).

  • I offer a VIP day package to existing clients only, where you can book me in to do a dedicated day of updates on your website. Typically, you would collect a ‘bucket list’ of items that you’d like me to edit, update, remove or update on the website, then I’ll work through the list in order of highest to lowest priority.
